Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has advised women never to have low self-esteem.
“If that will help to boost their self-esteem, I would encourage women to go for body enhancement procedures.
It was reported that Martins shared her thoughts in an interview with Potpourri. Women should be able to make choices about their bodies when those choices make them feel more confident and empowered, she said.
“Their body is sugar! Low self-esteem kills women faster than anything else. “If getting your body done is going to give you the confidence you need as a woman to grow and win, then go ahead and do it!” she said.

“I’m pretty happy in my own body,” she explained, “but I wouldn’t say no to plastic surgery down the road.
“I am a body magic esthetician so I have a beautiful and perfect body but should the need arise in future to consider plastic surgery, I will gladly jump on it,” she said.
Martins also opened up about her career outside the movie industry. “I’ve built up a lot of businesses and don’t need my acting career to pay my bills,” she said.
“Acting’s not paying my bills. “I’ve always been a very hardworking entrepreneur with multiple streams of income,” she said.
According to her, her business interests include a body contour spa, the manufacture of waist trainers and production of body enhancement and sex enhancement products.
