BBNaija reality star Cross has revealed that he allegedly rejected offers worth N500 million and $200,000 from men who wanted to have sex with him.
Cross disclosed this while reacting to the controversy surrounding fellow reality TV star Whitemoney on social media.
Whitemoney had recently revealed that he received an unsolicited direct message from a man who reportedly referred to him as “papi” and expressed interest in him.
Reacting to the situation, Cross defended Whitemoney and said a man’s feminine appearance or mannerisms should not be enough for people to conclude that he is attracted to men.
The former BBNaija housemate argued that gender expression and sexual orientation are not necessarily the same thing.
He then cited his own alleged experiences, saying he had received large financial offers from men but refused to accept them.

Cross claimed that one person offered him N500 million, while another allegedly offered $200,000 in exchange for sex.
He said he declined the offers because of the values instilled in him by his mother from childhood.
According to the reality star, money and material possessions cannot make him abandon the principles he was raised with.
Cross also spoke about the nature of some messages allegedly sent to him through social media.
He said people who send unsolicited messages should understand that their advances may not be welcomed and should respect the boundaries of those they contact.
He further suggested that publishing his own private messages could expose the kind of approaches he has allegedly received online.
The reality star’s comments have added to the ongoing discussion sparked by Whitemoney’s disclosure.
The debate has focused on social media conduct, unsolicited advances and the tendency to associate certain mannerisms with a person’s sexual orientation.
Cross maintained that people should avoid drawing conclusions about another person’s sexuality simply because of their appearance, behaviour or perceived feminine energy.
