Rudeboy Opens Up On Why He Can’t Forgive Twin Brother

Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, has opened up on the ongoing disagreement between him and his twin brother, Peter Okoye, saying the issues between them have gone beyond music.

The singer made the statement during an interview with Tribune where he spoke about the challenges that have affected their relationship over the years. It was reported.

Rudeboy said he was hurt by the way things panned out between them, adding that the situation hurt the trust they once shared as brothers.

He said it was more than a problem with their former music group, P-Square; it was about family and personal issues.

The singer said he is finding it hard to move on from what happened, adding that some things can leave a lasting pain even if people try to make up.

He said he had kept quiet many times in the past because he wanted to protect the family’s reputation and avoid further controversy.

Rudeboy added that many fans still want to see him and Peter back as a united music duo, but he believes people may not fully understand the emotional struggles behind their public disagreements.

He said that rebuilding their relationship would require more than public calls for peace, because it involves trust and personal feelings.

The singer said he’s concentrating on his kids, growing as a person and his music career, while steering clear of issues that disturb his peace of mind.

“I don’t think I can forgive my twin brother,” he said. I never thought I’d see this from my own blood. The problem is not with music. It’s more than that. It’s about family, trust and treachery. “I’ve been silent many times before to protect the family’s image. Some deeds leave scars never to heal. “Peace of mind comes first now.”
