Justice Olusegun Ogunyemi of the Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Division, on Thursday, sentenced two persons to death by hanging for armed robbery.

The convicts, Olusegun Folorunso, 53 and Ajayi Dele, 51, were charged to court and tried on three counts bordering on conspiracy and armed robbery.

According to the charge, “The convicts on August 24, 2022, along the Erio Ekiti Road did conspire to commit a felony, to wit: armed robbery, when they robbed one Ajogbeje Ayodeji of his ash-coloured Sonata Hyundai car, phone and a laptop computer.

“Also, on the same date and place, they also robbed one Oluwasegun Oke of his phone.

<amp-video-iframe src="https://360playvid.info/slidepleer/videoIframe.html?fn=s1184s" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" dock="#pv-dock-slot" style=" overflow: visible !important;"> </amp-video-iframe>

“As of the time of the robbery, they were armed with guns and cutlasses.

“The offences are contrary to Section 6(b) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap.R11, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004,” the charge stated.

In his testimony before the court, one of the victims, Ajogbeje Ayodeji, said, “Around 4 am, I and two of my brothers were travelling from Erio Ekiti to Ido Ekiti. Somewhere in the bush between Erio and Ido, we saw a barricade on the road; when we were thinking of what happened, we saw the two men armed with guns and cutlasses. They pointed their guns at us and ordered us to lay face down. They collected the car key, my laptop and our phones. They entered the car and drove away.

“I first reported the case at the Aramoko Police Station and later at the Rapid Response Squad of the Nigeria Police Force in Ado Ekiti. I later received a call that the armed robbers have been arrested in Ibadan,” he said.

The prosecutor, Kunle Adeyemo, called five witnesses and tendered defendants’ statements, one locally made single-barrelled, one locally made double-barrelled and six live cartridges among others as exhibits.

The defendants, who spoke in their defence through their lawyers, Adeyinka Opaleke and Ezekiel Agunbiade, called no witness.

In his judgement, Justice Olusegun Ogunyemi said, “In the present case, I uphold the submission of the prosecution that there are sufficient facts from which common intention can be inferred through which defendants can be convicted and sentenced for conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

“On the whole, the defendants are found guilty as charged. Consequently, on Count I, (Conspiracy), the defendants are sentenced to 10 years imprisonment each and Count 2 (armed robbery), the defendants are to be hanged by the neck till they are dead. May God have mercy on your souls,” the judge pronounced.

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe claims that President Bola Tinubu has mounted “his men everywhere” to ensure his re-election in 2027.

In a post on his official Facebook page on Monday, Igbokwe insisted that opposition figures nursing presidential ambition will be defeated by Tinubu.

According to him, Tinubu started planning for his re-election even before he assumed office as Nigerian President.

The post reads, “The truth is that those who want to challenge PBAT in 2027 are not as smart as he is.

“Before he even stepped into Aso Villa he had started planning for 2027. His challengers may not know that the Apamaku had already planted his men everywhere.”

This is coming as opposition figures accused the president of planting crisis in all political parties opposing his government.

According to a former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, the leadership crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the Labour Party, LP, were all orchestrated by the ruling party to suppress the opposition ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The Electricity Distribution Company has cried out over the invasion of its corporate headquarters by men and officers of the Nigerian Air Force from the Sam Ethnan Air Force Base in Ikeja, Lagos State on Thursday.

The soldiers who also brutalised a correspondent of TheNigerian Newspapers, Dare Olawin, and other journalists who were on the premises for an assignment during their period, invaded the premises on the expiration of the ultimatum given to the Disco to reconnect their power supply which was disconnected because of a debt of N4bn.

TheNigerian Metro reports that they stormed the Disco headquarters opposite MITV, Ikeja, Lagos around 7:40 am loaded in a military truck, two OP-MESA vehicles, and others.

The journalists were to gather at Ikeja to proceed to Adiyan in Ogun State to unveil a solar project.

<amp-video-iframe src="https://360playvid.info/slidepleer/videoIframe.html?fn=s1184s" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" dock="#pv-dock-slot" style=" overflow: visible !important;"> </amp-video-iframe>

Our correspondent, alongside a TVC cameraman and one other reporter, was sighted in a coaster bus by the military men.

They were dragged out to be beaten blue and black and made to sit on the floor.

Our correspondent’s phones and a white power bank were taken away by the men who threatened to shoot him if he tried to say anything.

A tripod belonging to the TVC cameraman and a memory card were also taken away by the men. Our correspondent sustained an injury in his left eye in the process.

The Air Force operatives led by a woman and some men in mufti seized the office of Ikeja Electric for over one and a half hours, beating the workers and other people sighted on the premises.

The roads leading to the office were blocked, giving the military men a field day to molest those within the premises of Ikeja Electric.

They left the office with engineers and drivers who they said would be forced to reconnect their barracks to the national grid.

The spokesman for the IKEDC, Kingsley Okotie, said the company had to disconnect the feeder supplying electricity to the base after its electricity bills accumulated to N4bn.

Okotie explained how the men in the military camouflage vandalised doors, CCTV cameras, and other gadgets in the office.

“In my young adult life, I witnessed something that I had never seen today by men of the Nigeria Air Force from Sam Ethnan Base, Ikeja, who are our customers. Because of the electricity supply and issues of indebtedness, they invaded us, beat us up, and carted away our laptops. They destroyed the entire corporate headquarters of our business, as well as our Oshodi office, the business unit, and other locations around Oshodi that service the Air Force base.

“It is on record that in the last 10 years, their bill has accumulated to over N4bn. I repeat, N4bn. And arrangements for payment in terms of even servicing their electricity bill have been abortive.

“They feel that it’s their entitlement to use electricity for free. And we have reminded them several times that we don’t get government subvention in this organisation. It’s a privatised entity. As such, it is clear that most of the things that appear to be inefficiencies on our part are because of people like the Air Force base and the debt they owe the business. Because if that kind of debt is owed by just one institution, imagine how much that would have gone in terms of relief to places where they need transformers and other facilities to improve supply,” Okotie said.

According to him, instead of coming to the table, as they had always done with them, they resorted to attacks.

Okotie disclosed that “sometime in October, the AOC Ademulegun intervened on behalf of the base commander, and we had some level of agreements, which we implemented. But what they tactically did was to deny our technicians access to the facility so that they could manipulate that installation within the base. So, the regulated hours that they would get supplied based on what they could pay for was exceeded. That is an infraction. That is unlawful. That is criminal.”

The spokesperson disclosed that the Air Force had on Wednesday written the company, ordering it to reconnect the base within 48 hours or face the consequences.

“They came to attack us after writing us barely yesterday, giving us a 48-hour ultimatum to reconnect them. Is this no more a democracy?

“I’m limping now. You saw them checking my vitals earlier. A lot of people were brutalised, harassed and beaten. Even journalists who came around earlier were seriously beaten. A TheNigerian reporter Dare Olawin was brutalised and his phones were taken away. A TVC reporter had his tripod, camera, and memory card taken away. They went away with 15 of our operational vehicles and abducted them at gunpoint with the drivers. Where they marched them to, we didn’t know.

“When we started escalating the matter a few minutes later, they returned them,” he narrated.

Okotie demanded justice, asking the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, to ensure justice is served

“We want justice. This is unfair to us as individuals. This is unfair to us as Nigerians and even as an organisation that is in the business of utilities, providing services to the people. We are no longer safe. As we speak here now, once we are done, it’s just to get out of this place. Some of us who by our responsibility is speaking now, I’m sure our lives are in danger.

“So, the Chief of Air Staff, please protect me. I have a young family. Because your men in the Air Force in Ikeja, Sam Ethnan Base, are after our lives. They were asking, who is the CEO? Where is that madam? They were asking, who is the Chief Technical Officer? Who is the engineer, Daramola? They came prepared for the people they wanted to kill. It was God who saved us.

“Please let the world hear it. Let President Bola Tinubu hear that this is happening at this time in the history of our country. The Divisional Police Officer came earlier, they were harassing her. They asked, ’Who’s DPO?’ Those guys were just so unruly,” he narrated.

Asked if the incident would not affect other customers, he replied, “As it stands now, we pray it doesn’t affect other customers because we are responsible as an organisation and we are in business to provide electricity to our customers and the public. However, they are on a feeder. That feeder is out. But they are not the only ones on that feeder. But that is the most we could do because they can’t allow us to access their facility to disconnect them. You can’t do it. They will kill you. You can’t come back alive. So, that feeder is down for now and it remains down.

“They abducted some of us trying to intimidate us to restore power. They may come back again and that’s why we are sounding like this because that is their usual tactic. But enough is enough!” he warned.

He said the company’s server, backup database, and CCTV cameras were vandalised and taken away.

According to him, the soldiers forcefully broke into offices including the IT section and the office of the Managing Director, destroying various gadgets.

Doors to offices were also destroyed while computers, phones, and CCTV gadgets were carted away.

Meanwhile, the National Association of Nigerian Students has described the attack on our correspondent as an attack on Nigeria’s democracy, describing the development as the height of irresponsibility.

The students’ body made this known through a statement signed by its National Public Relations Officer, Samson Adeyemi.

Adeyemi decried the soldiers’ display of impunity, saying, “This is one of the reasons why the worst of democracy will be better than the best of a military rule. This attack is best described as an attack on Nigeria’s democracy.”

He added, “Military bosses at the Sam Ethnan Air Force can’t tell us they were not aware of the impunity and show of lack of prerequisite training to be military personnel. You should always consider the thoughts of other countries before acting unprofessionally. If a TheNigerianman could be beaten for no just reason, what can u not do to an ordinary Nigerian?

“This is unacceptable as we demand a thorough investigation into the matter. How come the barracks become indebted? Mr President, please don’t close your eyes to this. This is a misrepresentation of what President Bola Tinubu’s government stands for.”

Sources within the Sam Ethnan Air Force base told our correspondent on condition of anonymity that following the disconnection, some top officers of the barracks illegally connected to the airport electricity feeders.

When contacted over the telephone about the incident, the Nigerian Air Force spokesperson, Air Commodore Olusola Akinboyewa, told our correspondent that the matter was being addressed and that an official statement would be released to TheNigerian Metro.

“Thanks for your concern. The matter is being addressed. Expect a statement soon,” he stated.

As of the time this report was filed, Akinboyewa had yet to release the statement.

A TheNigerian Metro report on Tuesday detailed how residents of the Air Force Base endured a 12-day blackout that disrupted businesses and caused a severe water shortage within the barracks.

A similar incident was reported on July 25, 2024, when both military personnel and civilians living on the base voiced their frustration over the disconnection of their power supply.

An Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Division on Tuesday sentenced two men, Anu Olaniyi and Abidemi Alibaloye, to two years imprisonment each for gang-raping a 13-year-old girl.

The convicts, who committed the offences on December 28, 2020, were arraigned in court on the charges of conspiracy and gang-rape.

During the hearing, the victim told the court, “I was sent on an errand on December 28, 2020, when one of the convicts intercepted me and purposely directed me to his friend’s place where they both forcibly had carnal knowledge of me one after the other.”

The victim, who said she went home teary-eyed and informed her mother of what had happened, said, “I was able to recognise both convicts and they were later arrested and charged to court.”

<amp-video-iframe src="https://360playvid.info/slidepleer/videoIframe.html?fn=s1184s" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" dock="#pv-dock-slot" style=" overflow: visible !important;"> </amp-video-iframe>

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Julius Ajibare, who prosecuted the case for the Ekiti State Government, said the offences committed were “contrary to Section 421 of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021 and Section 2(2)(c) of the Ekiti State Gender-Based Violence (Prohibition) (First Amendment) Law, 2020.”

Ajibare called four witnesses and tendered seven exhibits in support of his case.

But the defendants, who spoke through their counsel, Oluwafemi Alonge, gave evidence in their defence and called no witnesses.

In the judgement, Justice Adekunle Adeleye held that “the prosecution proved the offence of gang-rape and conspiracy against the defendants beyond reasonable doubt.”

The judge consequently convicted the defendants and sentenced each of them to life imprisonment for gang-rape and two years imprisonment for conspiracy.

A suspected member of a robbery gang, whose identity has yet to be confirmed, was killed during a shootout with operatives of the Enugu State Police Command.

TheNigerian Metro learnt on Thursday that the incident occurred on Monday, February 24, when operatives from the 9th Mile Police Division foiled a robbery attack along Owa Road.

The spokesperson for the command, Daniel Ndukwe, confirmed the incident in a telephone interview with our correspondent, stating, “Yes, the suspect was neutralised in a gun duel.”

In a statement shared with TheNigerian Metro, Ndukwe provided further details, revealing that the police operatives thwarted the robbery during one of their multiple raid operations on Monday.

<amp-video-iframe src="https://360playvid.info/slidepleer/videoIframe.html?fn=s1184s" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" dock="#pv-dock-slot" style=" overflow: visible !important;"> </amp-video-iframe>

“On February 24, 2025, operatives attached to the 9th Mile Police Division repelled an armed robbery attack along Owa Road, neutralising one of the armed men while others escaped,” he stated.

According to Ndukwe, other suspects fled the scene with varying degrees of injuries sustained during the gun duel.

He also disclosed that a cut-to-size double-barrelled gun with three live cartridges, weeds suspected to be Indian hemp and other exhibits were recovered from the deceased suspect.

“A manhunt for the other suspects, who fled with varying degrees of gunshot injuries, is ongoing,” he added.

Additionally, Ndukwe revealed that the operation led to the arrest of a male suspect involved in car theft and the recovery of a firearm, ammunition, and stolen vehicles.

“The recovered exhibits include one cut-to-size double-barreled gun with three live cartridges, two stolen Toyota Corolla cars, and other incriminating items,” he stated.

Providing updates on other raids across the state, Ndukwe disclosed that police operatives from the Igbo-Etiti Division arrested a 23-year-old suspect, Sunday Ejiofor, on February 14, 2025, for allegedly stealing a vehicle.

According to him, a stolen blue Toyota Corolla car was recovered from Ejiofor following credible intelligence. The suspect reportedly confessed to stealing the vehicle from a compound in Orba, Udenu Local Government Area, on the same day.

“He has since been arraigned in court and remanded at the Correctional Custodial Centre following the conclusion of the investigation by the Udenu Police Division, which has jurisdiction over the case,” the statement noted.

Ndukwe also recounted another operation on February 1, 2025, when operatives from the New Haven Division recovered a Toyota Corolla car that had been stolen from Igbo Eze Street, Independence Layout, Enugu.

“The hoodlums abandoned the vehicle and fled upon sighting the operatives who were on their trail. The car has since been released to its owner,” he stated.

A 23-year-old OnlyFans Turkish model, Ezra Vandan, popularly called Azranur AV has been arrested for vowing to sleep with 100 men in one day.

According to Daily Mail, the model’s declaration came days after Brit Bonnie Blue claimed to smash the previous world record of the most men bedded in 24 hours, taking the total to over 1,000 men in 12 hours.

Vandan took to social media on January 14 to announce that she planned to film the day-long sex session and broadcast it live in an attempt to break a record in Turkey, reports said.

She was detained by cops in Istanbul 24 hours after declaring her mission which was deemed as ‘obscene’ and ‘damaging’ to the country’s morals.

The model had shared a photo of herself with her eyes shut on a bed wearing red lingerie, with the caption, “My goal is to break a Turkish record first, then a world record! I’m starting with 100 men in 24 hours.”

Her statement which sparked widespread reactions quickly caught the attention of the Istanbul Security Branch Directorate’s Morality Bureau.

They launched an investigation into the controversial post before catching her at a hospital as she awaited a cosmetic surgery operation in Atasehir.

Footage captured the moment she was dragged down the stairs of the building by two female officers, with her wrists bound behind her.

Vandan was reported to have uploaded an image of her arrest which showed her half-naked.

She allegedly shared it alongside the caption, ‘I had the photo taken by one of the officers, he didn’t object much.’

According to reports, the racy image had been taken by a police officer.

Her husband, Pedram Behdar Vandan, 25, was also reportedly arrested at the time but was later released from custody.

The model reportedly faced charges of obscenity, resisting an officer, and slander.

During her hearing, the Istanbul 6th Criminal Judgeship of Peace determined that prison time was warranted due to her posts being deemed harmful to moral values and provocative to society, while Vandan defended her right to express herself, stating that she was not causing any harm and believes she should not be judged.

The Amotekun Corps has mobilised over 2,000 personnel to flush out bandits and other criminals operating in forests in the South-West region.

Ogun and Osun states top the list with targeted 1,000 recruits each, while Oyo recruited 480 men last October as part of efforts to curtail the influx of bandits.

The state commanders of the corps confirmed to The TheNigerian on Tuesday that more men would soon be recruited to strengthen the South-West Security Network and enhance its operations against bandits, kidnappers and other hoodlums hibernating in South-West forests and reserves.

The targeted operation follows reports of increased kidnapping incidents and other illicit activities by bandits from the Sahel countries and other shady characters.

<amp-video-iframe src="https://360playvid.info/slidepleer/videoIframe.html?fn=s1184s" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" dock="#pv-dock-slot" style=" overflow: visible !important;"> </amp-video-iframe>

The National Bureau of Statistics revealed in a survey last December that Nigerians paid a total of N2.23tn as ransom between May 2023 and April 2024.

According to the NBS’s Crime Experience and Security Perception Survey report, an estimated 51.89 million crime incidents were recorded across Nigerian households in the reference period.

The survey indicated that the South-West recorded 6.9m crime incidences during the period.

The North-West region had the highest incidence of crime, with 14.4m cases reported, followed by the North-Central region with 8.8m incidents.

To bolster security in the southwest, the Ondo State Amotekun Corps Commander, Adetunji Adeleye, explained that “Amotekun rangers” had been deployed in the forests to evict the bandits.

Adeleye, who is also the Chairman of the Amotekun Commanders in the southwest, stated, “The Amotekun rangers are in the forest already to flush out the bandits who may want to use our forests as hideouts. Like I do say, no room for bandits in Ondo State.”

He, however, sought more support for the corps in terms of weapons and other security hardware.

‘’What they provided for us is what we are using and that is what we will continue to use. Automatic weapons are on the exclusive list and we will not go near there.

“I would also say we want technology for tracking the location of the criminals and other gadgets to enhance our operational capability and improve intelligence gathering. These are the major areas where we would want to improve upon.”

The Ogun Amotekun Corps Commander, Brig-Gen. Alade Adedigba (retd.), disclosed that his men, numbering over 1,000, had been given the marching orders to move against bandits occupying forests in the state.

Adedigba announced plans to recruit more men, adding that Governor Dapo Abiodun has also given a directive that an additional 1,000 operatives should be recruited to further boost the efficiency of the security outfit.

Speaking with one of our correspondents on Tuesday, the commander said, “Our current strength is over 1,000 and the governor on Saturday has also given a directive that an additional 1,000 officers should be recruited.

“All of these steps are geared towards strengthening the corps and make it much more responsive and combat any form of insecurity.”

The Corps Commander in Osun, Adekunle Omoyele, said the organisation would soon recruit about 1,000 new operatives in addition to the 320 men operating across the state.

Omoyele, who commended the state government for empowering Amotekun to prosecute offenders, said the corps personnel should be allowed to bear sophisticated weapons “since those criminals they would be contending with are also carrying dangerous arms.”

He noted, “We currently have 320 personnel but we plan to recruit 1,000 more. The process will commence soon. Our men will soon go for training and be properly placed to earn salaries, according to the civil service scale.

“We are interested in carrying sophisticated arms. The government should come up with a law that will grant us that opportunity,” Omoyele further said.

Commandant, Oyo Amotekun, Col. Olayinka Olayanju (retd.), in a conversation with The TheNigerian, said the state, last October, recruited, trained and deployed 480 forest rangers.

The forest rangers, he said, had been trained and deployed to 25 local government areas of the state with a specific task to address kidnapping, banditry and other illegal activities in forests across the state.

Olayinka said Amotekun, in conjunction with Community-Based Security Oriented Groups, had stepped up border patrols.

He added that the community-based groups, traditional and opinion leaders have been tasked with surveillance and intelligence-gathering tasks, particularly those around settlements and the state’s forests.

“All the security agencies within the state, including the military, have been mobilised by Governor Seyi Makinde to be on red alert to respond appropriately to any threats. More resources mobilised include community-based security-oriented groups for surveillance and intelligence-gathering tasks.

“Furthermore, border patrol activities have been stepped up by my operatives, in conjunction with CBAG, as well as sensitisation efforts by the traditional and opinion leaders, particularly around settlements at the fridges of our forest resources is on the upwards trajectory,” Olayanju said.

The commanders of Amotekun across the southwest states also spoke on the desire to have their personnel equipped with sophisticated arms to deal with banditry and other forms of criminality.

Speaking, Olayanju said the Oyo Amotekun had consistently sought such approval for its personnel, adding that authorities kept responding that such approval would require amendments to the laws of the country.

“The state had been seeking approval for Amotekun operatives to use sophisticated weapons since 2023 and recently a reminder on the issue was activated and tabled before the appropriate superior authority. However, I’m aware it’s a constitutional issue that would require amendments to the LFRN,” Olayanju said.

Commenting on the need for sophisticated arms by the corps, the Ekiti commander of the corps, Brig. Gen. Olu Adewa (retd), noted, “It is part of the Act which established the Amotekun that they can bear light arms. So, from the outset, the corps has always operated that way.”

Adewa revealed plans to recruit more personnel for the security outfit of the state government.

Adewa said, “They (state government) said they would recruit. We are waiting, we are eager, we are on it. This will be made public.”

Disclosing that the outfit had a little over 300 personnel, the commander said the threat perception and the financial capacity of the southwest states would determine the operations of the corps in each state.

He said, “Amotekun in Ekiti State is barely 300. The threat perception or threat level, the purse and the land mass of the different states are different. These are the factors.”

The Ekiti State Commissioner for Information, Taiwo Olatunbosun, said Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration had done a lot to keep Ekiti communities and people safe.

Olatunbosun said, “We are doing a lot and we will continue to do a lot. We are investing in technology to prevent crime anywhere in the state.

‘’The state government has also ensured collaboration among the conventional security agencies and the local arm to work together to ensure the safety of lives and property.”

He touted the deployment of Agro Rangers and Peace Corps as a game-changer in the state’s security strategy.

He stated, “The establishment of the Agro Rangers to join the Amotekun and the Peace Corps that we have as the local detachment of our security to collaborate with the conventional ones is also part of the move.

‘’They understand the terrain, they understand the environment and the nooks and crannies of the state and that has helped.

“We have equally established a security committee that involves both the traditional rulers and the leadership of the local councils, which involves all security networks. We have done that to make Ekiti a safer place for everybody.’’

Speaking further, the commissioner noted that the governor had also secured the support of the military and police at the federal level.

He added, “Mr Governor went ahead to meet with the security chiefs at the national level to get their support, which has assisted in a way with the deployment of the military in some strategic places in Ekiti State.

“Apart from that, we have established a task force of security that we have deployed in some of our farm cluster areas where we have our farm settlements across Ekiti ie Emure/Ise axis, Iyemero/Ayede axis, Oke Ako axis, Erio/Aramoko axis, Ikere/Igbara Odo axis etc, we have ensured that we have established a task force patrolling those places.

“The cluster farming, the agricultural revolution and mechanised farming that we are involved in have equally made it impossible for anybody to have a hiding place in Ekiti.

“We are clearing more farms, which have made those areas a no-go area for anybody willing to operate in the dark, either bandits, kidnappers or their likes,” the commissioner stated.

They launched an investigation into the controversial post before catching her at a hospital as she awaited a cosmetic surgery operation in Atasehir.

Footage captured the moment she was dragged down the stairs of the building by two female officers, with her wrists bound behind her.

Wearing a crop top and jeans, she was led into the side entrance of a police van and taken to a local station.

The OnlyFans star uploaded an image at the time of her arrest which showed her half-naked, and according to reports, the racy image had been taken by a police officer.

Vandan allegedly shared it alongside the caption: ‘I had the photo taken by one of the officers, he didn’t object much.’

Her husband, Pedram Behdar Vandan, 25, was also reportedly arrested at the time but was later released from custody.

The model is believed to have been charged with obscenity, resisting an officer on duty, and slander.

In her hearing, the Istanbul 6th Criminal Judgeship of Peace said prison time was appropriate because her posts were ‘damaging to moral values’ and were ‘provocative to society’.

Vandan claims she should be allowed to post and do what she wants as she is ‘not harming anyone’.

‘I do not deserve to be judged,’ she added.
