Governor Eno Praises Hilda Baci’s Record-Breaking Achievement

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, has commended Nigerian chef and Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci for using her determination and courage to achieve international recognition while projecting the image of the state.

Governor Eno gave the commendation when he received Baci, an indigene of Akwa Ibom, at the Government House in Uyo.

The governor said Baci’s achievements demonstrated the importance of determination, courage and a willingness to challenge existing limitations. According to him, her accomplishments show that individuals can overcome barriers and achieve remarkable results when they remain committed to their goals.

Eno also praised the chef for bringing recognition to Akwa Ibom through her culinary achievements. He encouraged her to continue representing the state positively and inspiring young people through her accomplishments.

In her remarks, Baci praised the pace of infrastructural development in Akwa Ibom, as well as the peaceful environment and investment opportunities available across the state under the Eno-led ARISE administration.

Speaking to the Government House Press Corps after the meeting, the chef described Akwa Ibom as “amazingly beautiful” and commended Governor Eno for his leadership and vision.

She expressed particular admiration for the Victor Attah International Airport, describing its facilities as first-rate and impressive.

Baci also praised the hospitality and industriousness of the people of Akwa Ibom, saying she was willing to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to contribute to the development of the state.

She encouraged tourists and investors to explore Akwa Ibom’s environmental, recreational, hospitality and investment opportunities.

While presenting her Guinness World Record certificate to Governor Eno, Baci urged residents of the state to preserve love, unity and peace, noting that a stable environment is important for sustainable development.

Several government officials attended the meeting, including the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Udeme Otong, and Secretary to the State Government, Enobong Uwah.
