A political supporter of the lawmaker representing Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, Hon. Philip Agbese, has endorsed his re-election bid ahead of the 2027 general elections, citing his record in constituency development and empowerment.
In a statement titled “No Vacancy in Enone 2027: Okanga All the Way (Part 2),” Lawrence Austine Otene described Agbese, popularly known as Okanga, as a representative who has delivered projects and programmes across the constituency.
Otene claimed that Agbese’s tenure had been marked by the rehabilitation and equipping of primary healthcare centres, the award of scholarships, distribution of educational materials, youth and women empowerment programmes, installation of solar-powered streetlights and grading of rural roads.
He also credited the lawmaker with facilitating employment opportunities, supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and pursuing partnerships aimed at creating jobs for constituents.
According to Otene, Agbese’s performance justifies his return to the House of Representatives for another term.
The supporter argued that continuity would enable the lawmaker to expand ongoing development initiatives and deliver additional projects in education, infrastructure, youth empowerment and employment.
Calling on residents of Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency to support Agbese in the 2027 elections, Otene declared that there was “no vacancy” for the House of Representatives seat, expressing confidence that the lawmaker should be returned to continue his legislative and constituency responsibilities.
Agbese is currently serving his first term in the House of Representatives, representing Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency of Benue State.
