Bizzle Osikoya Joins NECLive 2026 Panel, Bringing Years of Experience in African Music
Music executive and talent manager Bizzle Osikoya has been confirmed as a panellist at NECLive 2026, bringing extensive experience in artist management, talent development, music distribution and the business of African music.
Osikoya began his career as social media and road manager for rapper Naeto C at Storm Records before joining Mo’Hits Records as social media manager, working with major acts including Don Jazzy, D’Banj, Wande Coal and Dr SID.
He later became Mavin Records’ first A&R executive, contributing to the label’s artist development and talent discovery efforts.
In 2016, Osikoya co-founded The Plug, a music and entertainment company associated with artists including Davido, Victony and Shine TTW. He also co-founded Webek Studios and co-created Mainland BlockParty, further expanding his involvement in Nigeria’s music and youth culture ecosystem.
His industry affiliations include membership of the Recording Academy and an executive advisory role at TurnTable Charts, reflecting his engagement with both the global music industry and Nigeria’s evolving music data landscape.
Through his work across artist management, A&R, entertainment entrepreneurship and music culture, Osikoya has been involved in the wider industry ecosystem surrounding artists such as Tiwa Savage, Tems, Oxlade and CKay.
His participation at NECLive 2026 will bring an industry-focused perspective to discussions on talent development, music business strategy and the growth of Africa’s creative economy.
NECLive 2026 is scheduled for Thursday, November 12, at Alliance Française de Lagos, Ikoyi.
